  • In my tutoring sessions, there are no such things as mistakes- only learning and growing! 
  • One of my goals is to encourage the development of a growth mindset among every student. A growth mindset is key in creating lifelong learners! 

Tutoring Options

Elementary School Students

  • Elementary students are called, "The Subject Surfers!" 
  • I offer tutoring for all core subjects: English, Math, Science, and History. 
  • Open to all elementary school grade levels. 
  • Receive homework help, a review of subject matter/core concepts, etc.

Middle School Students

  • I offer tutoring for middle school Math and English. 
  • Math: Homework help, teaching/reviewing subject matter and key concepts, exam preparation/review sessions, etc. 
  • English: Homework help, revising essays, essay structuring/formatting, brainstorming ideas, etc.

High School Students

  • I offer tutoring for high school Math and English. 
  • Math tutoring is available in the following subjects: Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II. 
  • Math: Homework help, teaching/reviewing subject matter and key concepts, exam preparation/review sessions, etc. 
  • English: Homework help, revising essays, essay structuring/formatting, brainstorming ideas, etc. 
  • I also offer help with college application essays (revising, brainstorming, etc.)

Booking a Session

  • To book a session, visit our Calendly link below. 
  • A Zoom link for the session will be emailed to you shortly after you book your session.

Book A Session

Session at a Glance

  • A one-hour online tutoring session through Zoom. 
  • A custom PowerPoint will be made for each session, tailored to the student's goals, learning style, and needs. 
  • 2-3 days prior to our session, the parent/student will email the material they wish to cover during our session. 
  • Students will receive access to the custom PowerPoint and any notes taken during the tutoring session.
  • All resources used during the tutoring session will be shared on a Google Drive folder or will be emailed to the student/parent- whichever is easiest! 

Pricing

  • $50 for a one-hour session 
  • Pricing is flexible and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I want to make sure every student has access to the help he/she needs during these times. 
  • Payments will be made primarily through Venmo or Zelle. Alternative payment options are also available upon request. 
  • Payment details will be sent in an email after your session is booked. 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you can no longer make our session, please let me know at least two hours before the session (the earlier the better!) 
  • Life happens, so if you forget to cancel, don't worry! You will not be charged. Just try your best to let me know.
